Cabbage Soup
Phase 2

2 32 oz. cartons of
Swanson Organic Chicken Broth
2 14.5 oz. cans of low
sodium diced/stewed tomatoes
6 mediums stalks of celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped red or green
1 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper to taste


Saute garlic in 1 Tbsp of bouillon base and set aside. Puree tomatoes in blender an then cook over medium heat to a boil. Turn heat to low. Add remaining bouillon and spices. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Makes 20 Servings ( 8oz Cup Per Serving)
