Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and dill.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together white vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
